Full refund within 7 days. Every payment is fully refundable within seven (7) calendar days of the payment date, provided no project files or deliverables have been sent to you.
After 7 days. Once the seven-day window has passed, payments are non-refundable.
Delivered work. Payments become non-refundable as soon as any project files or deliverables have been sent to you — including within the first seven days. At that point the work has been produced and transferred, so it can no longer be refunded.
